2008-09-21, Lennart Gunnarsson and Mattias Bjerge are opening the new premises and thereby extand the present 1000 m² with yet another 500 m² area.
Mattias Bjerge and Lennart Gunnarsson started the company Scandinavian Lift Doors - SLD - in 2004. SLD is the market leading manufacturer of fire rated and non fire rated steel doors. The company was taken over by Cibes Lift in April 2008. Today 22 people are working at SLD and the company is steadily growing.
”SLD is a great contribution to the Cibes Group. The company has excellent products in a constantly growing market – both in Sweden and international. I am confident that it won't take long until we have to think about another expansion for SLD meaning more personal and further premises”, says CEO Johan Sandberg.

The Cibes Group consists of Cibes Lift, situated in Järbo, Kalea Lifts in Gothenburgh, SLD in Degerfors and Axess 4 All in England.
