Organization – New Sales & Marketing Manager

After long and faithful service Ulf W Thorn has retired on a pension and will be replaced by Dan Dannberg.

Dan will, as of June 1 2009, assume the role as Sales & Marketing Manager and also Executive Vice President for Cibes Lift.

Dan has been working for the Swedish engineering company Sandvik for 16 years in different positions, both within the Sales Organization and in Product Management.

For the last 2 years he has been responsible for the launch of a new product area, coated strip for decorative applications.

We would like to thank Ulf for his great efforts, and especially for his contribution to develop and establish a platform for Cibes Lift in the global marketplace.

We would also like to welcome Dan and wish him all the best in his new challenging position.

Fire rated lift door EI60G with panoramic window

For the first time on the market a lift door with an extra large glass vision panel is launched which is both gas and fire resistant for 60 minutes.

The design creates new possibilities of attractive solutions in fire rated environments.

EI60G complies with the safety regulations in the Lift Directive 95/16EC and the European standard EN 81-58.

New Products from Cibes Lift AB uplift the design of A5000 & A7000

The Information Display - the InfoLED - produced with the latest OLED technology is now available for both the door fronts and the platform. The display is showing the position of the platform, like a level indicator, but also other kinds of information such as "Overload" for example.

A new contemporary design option for the inner shaft ceiling incorporating three LED spotlights is available. The use of LED lighting reduces power consumption and therefore the impact on our environment.
